Fabrizio Romano revealed that Manchester City has reportedly turned down Al-Ahli's £18 million offer for the Algerian star Riyad Mahrez this summer, in addition to another 5 million as incentives. Manchester City has turned down a bid of £18m from Al Ahli for Riyad Mahrez and is awaiting an improved offer. City made it clear that will not give up the services of Algerian star for less than 30 million pounds sterling, during the current summer Mercato. Al-Ahly had reached an agreement with Mahrez about the personal clauses in his contract, and he would receive 30 million annually.
