Qualified Teams for the Asian Cup and the Final Stage of 2022 World Cup qualifiers

The AFC second round of 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification, which also served as the second round of 2023 AFC Asian Cup qualification has wrapped up.
Officially the teams qualified for the third and final stage of the qualifiers, where the runners-up teams qualify directly for the 2023 Asian Cup, along with the top 5 teams that got second standing.
Round 3 participants:
Group winners: Syria, Australia, IR Iran, Saudi Arabia, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Korea Republic.
Five best runners-up: China PR, Oman, Iraq, Vietnam, Lebanon
