Real Madrid’s Mbappe plan this summer revealed

The Spanish newspaper "Marca" revealed Real Madrid's position on signing Kylian Mbappe, the French star of Paris Saint-Germain during the current summer Mercato. The French striker has informed the club he will leave when his contract runs out in 2024. Marca stated that Real Madrid does not want to sign Mbappe this summer especially since the deal will cost the club more than 400 million euros. The newspaper indicated that Real Madrid officials deny any contact with Mbappe, as the considered option is to wait until the summer of 2024 to sign the player for free. The relationship between PSG and Mbappe has been strained over the past few weeks, in light of the player's desire not to extend his contract until 2025.
