Calcio..!Fans listen to Live VAR Audio Feeds!

The Italian Football Association announced that communications between the arena referees and VAR referees in league matches will be made publicly available next season for a trial period.
For the first time, fans were given the opportunity to listen to the conversation between a referee and a Video Assistant Referee during a live match. Watch and listen to some of the conversations the broadcast was able to show during the MLS is Back Tournament.
The Italian Federation stated in a press statement that an agreement had been reached in this regard with “DAZN a live streaming service via the Internet, and the communications will not be broadcast directly, but they will be available to the public after each round of matches. The federation indicated its desire to shed light on the difficulty referees face in making decisions, despite the video review and the use of “VAR” technology.
