Declan Rice ignites race offer among the Premier League giants 

The famous Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio revealed a new development in the race to sign West Ham United captain Declan Rice during the current summer Mercato. Di Marzio stated that Manchester City entered the race to sign Rice after the German Ilkay Gundogan's departure to Barcelona was confirmed after the end of his contract. He pointed out that City is preparing a completive offer to sign the Hammers captain. Manchester United did not take any action on the deal yet. West Ham had recently rejected a new offer from Arsenal at a value of 90 million pounds to join Declan, while the Gunners are preparing to make an offer of 100 million pounds.
