According to 'Esportes', the Uruguayan has said enough is enough after playing these last few months with a lot of pain in his knee. At 36 years of age, Suárez is already planning to rest. The report indicated that Suarez's contract with his club expires in December 2024. The Brazilian Gremio club and the player are trying to find the best formula for ending the contract. Suarez scored 14 goals, made 8, and missed 3 penalties, in 26 matches with the Brazilian team, which signed a contract with the Uruguayan top scorer last January.
