Official: Toni Kroos renews with Real Madrid until 2024

The Spanish Real Madrid announced this Wednesday morning the renewal of midfield legend Toni Kroos’s contract. The 33-year-old German midfielder has extended his commitment with the white club for another year, so he will continue to play at the Bernabéu until June 30, 2024. “Real Madrid C. F. and Toni Kroos have agreed a contract extension for the player, who remains tied to the club until 30 June 2024,” the statement from the club reads. Kroos joined Real Madrid from Bayern Munich in 2014, right after helping Germany win the FIFA World Cup. During his time at the club, Kroos has made over 400 appearances for the Merengues, winning 20 titles – four Champions League, five Club World Cups, four European Super Cups, three La Liga titles, a Copa del Rey, and three Spanish Super Cups.
