Arsenal prepares record-breaking Declan offer

English press reports revealed that Arsenal have already seen one bid for Declan Rice rebuffed, but is now set to lodge an improved offer which could see West Ham finally sell their highly sought-after skipper Daily Mail newspaper reported that Arsenal will make an improved £90m bid for Declan Rice today. The Gunners are determined to get the West Ham midfielder as their No. 1 transfer target in this window. The newspaper added that the management of the Gunners has ended its agreement with the player regarding the personal clauses in his contract, as he will receive an amount of 200 thousand pounds per week. And West Ham had rejected an offer from Arsenal, worth 80 million pounds, at the beginning of the negotiation stage between the two clubs.
