FIFA Arab Cup Committee allows 30% of stadium capacity for fans

The Organizing Committee of FIFA Arab Cup qualifiers 2021™️, which will be hosted in Doha, has decided to hold the qualifying rounds for the group stage in the presence of the fans.
30% of the stadium capacity will be allowed in accordance with the precautionary measures taken to prevent the emerging corona virus, Covid- 19.
The Organizing Committee decided to hold the tournament competitions at Khalifa International Stadium and Jassim bin Hamad Stadium in Al Sadd Club. These two stadiums would provide a distinctive atmosphere for the teams and players, as each stadium is air-conditioned. This privilege helps to provide the players with distinct levels, in light of the high temperatures at this time of summer. 
The FIFA Arab Cup qualifiers qualifiers encounters will be held among 14 teams, of which 7 will advance to the group stage, according to the draw that was held recently in Katara Cultural Village, according to the nations’ FIFA World Ranking classification of these teams issued by FIFA last April.
The matches will be played in a direct confrontation system of one match, the winner of which qualifies to reserve qualify for the finals of the tournament, which will be held in Doha during the period from November 31 to December 18.
The Organizing Committee limited the media coverage of the supplement matches only to newspapers and websites located in Qatar, due to the repercussions and implications of COVID-19, with the application of precautionary measures to recover from infection from the Covid-19 in a period not exceeding 9 months from the date of the tournament, with the completion of the two vaccine doses two weeks prior the matches on the least.
Media representatives will not be allowed to attend the training of the teams that will enter a medical bubble upon their arrival in Doha. Teams are requested to do their Video conferencing and press meetings before and after the matches. There will be no mixed zones for the meetings of the players for the sake to maintain safety for everyone, and reduce the risk of infection and limit the virus spread.
The qualifying encounters for the playoffs start with a strong encounter between two African teams, when Sudan meets its Libyan counterpart on June 19, while Oman will play Somalia on June 20, before Jordan meets its South Sudan on the 21st of the same month. 
Yemen will face Mauritania on June 22, after which Lebanon will play Djibouti on June 23, while Palestine will encounter Comoros on 24, and then the Gulf major match between Bahrain and Kuwait on 25.
qualified teams from the seven matches will join the group stage of the tournament, which the highest-ranked Arab teams in the FIFA rankings qualified include host Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates and Syria from Asia, and Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Egypt from Africa.
The Local Organizing Committee, which includes the Federation International de Football Association (FIFA) , the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, Qatar Football Association and the Qatar 2022 World Cup.The Committee  has opened the door to volunteering for interested people from inside Qatar to support Doha's hosting of the tournament, which will be held at the end of this year.
The organizers FIFA Arab Cup qualifiers 2021™️ explained that the volunteers who will be selected will provide the necessary support in all operational aspects related to the tournament, such as hospitality, welcoming and guiding fans to their seats, information services, transportation support, media and broadcasting services, and others.
