PSG preparing for life without Kylian Mbappe!

The latest reports revealed that Paris Saint-Germain is preparing for life without Kylian Mbappe, as the French international will be outside the walls of the French capital club, to a large extent, next summer. Reports indications suggest that Mbappe won’t stay in France but will instead look to secure a move to La Liga with Real Madrid. “Marca” newspaper monitored the current situation inside PSG, as it stated from sources within the club that they are in no hurry to announce anything, given that there is a deadline on July 31 for the striker to implement the optional year he has until 2025.  Either way, a decision won’t be announced until the season’s end. If the player does not notice before that date of his intention to renew or reach an agreement, his contract will automatically expire in June 2024, but there is some concern in the club because they were not the first to receive the letter provided by the player and discovered it from third parties. If he decides against renewing, that doesn’t mean he’ll automatically be put on the market. PSG views this maneuver as a way of putting pressure on Mbappe and admits to a certain fatigue after the experience of last season, in which Mbappe ended up renewing with his club, which is why the response given by the club is that the player will not leave for free under any circumstances. The Spanish newspaper confirmed that from today onwards, they will study the transfer offers that will come to Mbappe this summer. Mbappe did not explain in his message the reasons that prompted him to send his message, but it has always been said in France that the failure of Luis Campos' latest project was the reason.

This season, Mbappe has sent mixed messages. A few days ago, he indicated that he was already close to completing the remaining year of his contract, but weeks ago he revealed that his intention was to win the Champions League with Paris Saint-Germain without setting a deadline.

If PSG sells Mbappe, they will have more money to support their project, even if the amount they could accept for the striker is not disclosed. PSG's priority now is to announce a new coach as soon as possible and it looks set to be Julian Nagelsmann.

If PSG cannot sell the striker, he can sign with any club in January 2024 and move for free in the summer of 2024. This will be the least expensive way for Real Madrid to avoid further losses.
