Will Real Madrid Linking to contract with Mbappe? Pérez Breaks Silence 

The Spanish club’s president Florentino Pérez commented on possibly going after the France international again. Florentino commented on the possibility of signing the French and PSG striker Mbappe during the next season.  According to the Spanish newspaper "Marca", a Madrid fan asked Perez, "Will you sign Mbappe?" The Real Madrid president replied, "Yes, but not this year." The famous Spanish newspaper stated that Perez’s response hinted at the possibility of signing Mbappe next year in the summer of Mercato, especially since his contract ends with PSG in June 2024. The future of Mbappé will again be front and center as the 24-year-old enters the final year of his contract. Mbappé’s contract has the option to extend until 2025, but reports suggest he won’t trigger that clause.
Many stars left Real Madrid during the current summer transfer period, headed by French striker Karim Benzema, Marco Asensio, Eden Hazard, and Mariano Diaz.
