Griezmann joins the historical goal-scoring list with Atletico

Atletico Madrid's French forward Antoine Griezmann continued his impressive scoring record at the Cívitas Metropolitano, One of the world's most modern stadiums. Griezmann celebrates scoring his team's second goal during the Spanish league football match between Atletico de Madrid and Cadiz CF in Madrid on Wednesday.  The global Opta statics stated that Griezmann appeared to be the leader in Atletico Madrid, scoring more two more goals  in 3 consecutive matches in La Liga (scoring 2 and assisting 4) since the French star himself did it in April 2015 (scoring 6). The French star became fourth in the ranking of the historic scorers for Atletico Madrid in La Liga, behind: Adrian Escudero (150 goals), Luis Aragones (123 goals), and Francesco Campos (120 goals).
