Ter Stegen with clean sheet from a historical record in La Liga

German Andre Ter Stegen achieved a historic record for Barcelona in the Spanish League, after keeping a clean sheet during Real Betis game 4-0 in the 34th round of the La Liga. Ter Stegen became the most clean-sheet goalkeeper in Barcelona's history in La Liga with 24 matches, surpassing the previous record of Chilean goalkeeper Claudio Bravo with 23 matches. The German goalkeeper has the opportunity to reach the record at the La Liga level with 26 matches. This season, Barcelona leads the La Liga standings table with 79 points, 11 points ahead of its closest rivals, Real Madrid, with 68 points.
