Lewandowski nets 19th goals in La Liga 

Polish and Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski achieved a remarkable record against Real Betis at Camp Nou in the 32nd round of La Liga. Christensen opened the scoring for Barcelona in the 14th minute with a point-blank header following a cross from Raphinha. Andreas Christensen, Robert Lewandowski and Raphinha were on target as Barcelona thrashed 10-man Real Betis 4-0 on Saturday to tighten their grip on top spot and moved a step closer to their 27th LaLiga title. Three of the four goals came in a first half in which Barça were simply too good for the Andalusians, especially after the latter had been reduced to ten men. With Betis in disarray, Lewandowski was able to add to his tally of 19 goals. Later in the game, the woodwork denied the Polish striker’s clear chance to add a second and put a bit of distance between himself and Karim Benzema, who is staring over his shoulder in the Pichichi race after scoring three e  According to Opta statistics network, Lewandowski has raised his score in the La Liga competition this season to 19 goals. "This number is the highest for any player in Barcelona who is playing his first season with the Catalan team in 18 years." Indicated Opta. Opta added: Robert Lewandowski has scored 19 goals in LaLiga this season, the most by a player in his first campaign for Barcelona in the competition since Samuel Eto'o  in 2004/05 with 24 goals.
