Injury threatening to derail Fernandez's Man United vs. Tottenham

English press reports revealed that Manchester United may have to face Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday evening without Portuguese and Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes. Bruno has become a strong threat in his absence from facing Tottenham on Thursday at the end of the 33rd round of the English Premier League.Though Tottenham are in the midst of a crisis that is seemingly never-ending, United could be forced to head to north London without one of their key men in vice-captain Fernandes. Acording to London’s “The Sun” newspaper, Portugal midfielder picked up an ankle injury during United's FA Cup semi-final with Brighton on Sunday, as report he is now a doubt to take on Tottenham. The newspaper added that in the event that the United star Bruno Fernandes is absent from Thursday evening’s confrontation, it will be the first match in his career that he will miss due to injury. Bruno will join a long list of injuries at Man United, which includes Varane, Lisandro Martinez, Scott McTominay and Garnacho.
