Messi Responds to Al-Hilal’s Saudi Arabia lucrative offer bid – Reports

Press reports revealed that Argentina's World Cup hero Lionel Messi rejected the offer on the table by the Saudi club Al-Hilal, to join its ranks next summer, in a free deal after the end of his contract with PSG. Messi must make a decision on his future as his Paris Saint-Germain contract edges closer to its expiration date and he is not short of lucrative offers. Elsewhere, a trio of Premier League clubs is interested in Napoli defender Kim Min-Jae, Chelsea's search for a new manager continues and Nottingham Forest could sack Steve Cooper following their devastating defeat to Leeds United. According to TyC Sports, an Argentine pay television sports channel Group indicated that Messi rejected the Saudi Al-Hilal offer estimated at 400 million euros annually, of his desire to stay playing in Europe.
The report added that the Argentine star has the offer to renew with Paris Saint-Germain, but with the same salary that he was receiving in the current contract, while Barcelona has not yet submitted his offer bid to see Messi back again.
Earlier, French press reports confirmed that Messi decided to leave Paris Saint-Germain next summer, especially after the player's relationship with the fans was strained.
