The first reaction from Regragui after Morocco stun Brazil in a friendly game

Morocco’s national team head coach Walid Regragui expressed excitement for his player’s friendly game win over  Brazil 2-1 in the city of Tangiers; during the current international break, while also stressing that “no match against Brazil is easy.” Morocco continued their sparkling World Cup form as they defeated Brazil 2-1 in front of 65,000 delighted fans in Tangier on Saturday. Walid Regragui's side enjoyed historic finals in Qatar when they reached the semi-finals, beating the likes of Spain and Portugal along the way. Following the end of the match, Regragui said: "We achieved the first victory over Brazil. This battalion of players is doing what they have to do. The first half was great, and in the second there was fatigue and injuries." He added, "Hakimi suffered from a thigh injury during his appearance with the Atlas Lions, Amrabat also, and Unahi continued despite the injury. I liked the second half despite the pressure. The players did not give up, and winning in front of the audience is what we were looking for in order to say thank you to them." He continued: "This person loves us, and so do we and we will always fight for it. If we achieve the result, praise is to Allah, and if the opposite happens, we will confirm that we will fight. The important thing now is their joy." Regragui went on to say: “We are happy to play in Tangiers, and I told the president of the Moroccan League, we want to play every time in a different stadium. The Casablanca fans are frankly wonderful. The supporters were at the level as well as the performance presented, and we proved once again that national football is in an upward pattern.” He concluded, " Peru game will not be easy in Ramadan. We will give the opportunity to the rest of the players for the sake of confidence, and in order to get the opportunity they deserve."
