Would Jose Mourinho return to Real Madrid coaching?

According to the Spanish newspaper MARCA, José Mourinho will not return to Real Madrid for a second stint to replace Italian Carlo Ancelotti. The Roma coach served as Real Madrid's manager for three seasons between 2010 and 2013. With Carlo Ancelotti's future looking uncertain, Los Blancos have been linked with multiple managers to succeed the Italian. However, they are not contemplating Mourinho's return. Rumors broke out recently that Real Madrid could turn to Jose Mourinho if Carlo Ancelotti ended up retiring at the end of the season. The Portuguese manager is an interesting name to bring back. Without a doubt, he is one of the best managers in the history of football. Would he be the right fit for Los Blancos right now though? Real Madrid brought back Carlo Ancelotti to great success last time around and the Italian went on to deliver a Champions League and La Liga double. His long-term future at the club is in question though. Initially, it was believed that he was only being brought in as a transitional manager but nobody can argue with success. Real Madrid is swinging after another defeat in El Clasico against arch-rivals Barcelona, which ended its hopes of retaining the Spanish Football League title this season. This is the third consecutive defeat in El Clasico against Barcelona after Los Blancos fell in the final of the Spanish Super Cup and the King's Cup, but they still have a chance to retain the Champions League title. Real Madrid ranks second in La Liga with 56 points suffering their 4th loss of the campaign. Rivals Atletico Madrid is placed 3rd with 51 points from 26 games, while Barcelona ranks first with 68 points.
