Nagelsmann reacts :"We deserved to lose against Bayer Leverkusen"

Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann felt his team deserved to lose after two Exequiel Palacios penalties condemned Bayern Munich to a 2-1 defeat to Bayer Leverkusen at BayArena on Sunday at the Bay Arena, in the 25th round of the German League.
"Obviously it's a big disappointment today," Nagelsmann said in the post-match press conference. Commenting on the goal Joshua Kimmich scored, he called it an “undeserved lead” — a pretty harsh connotation for the lone goal the team scored! He further went on to insist that the two Leverkusen penalties were awarded correctly.“We have to win against Dortmund. If we don’t (win), or in worst case we lose, then it will be difficult to win the title, considering the current form of Dortmund,” he declared emphatically.
Bayern Munich remains in second spot in the Bundesliga table after they fell to a 2-1 defeat at the BayArena with 52 points, just one point ahead of Borussia Dortmund, who became the sole leader with 53 points in 25 matches, and are in a tight battle against defending champions Bayern Munich. Two penalties from Exequiel Palacios were enough to secure the win after Joshua Kimmich had opened the scoring for of Julian Nagelsmann’s side. The defeat means that Bayern are in second spot in the table, one point behind Borussia Dortmund after 25 games.
