After Chelsea.. Aston Villa invites for a collective Ramadan banquet

The English club Aston Villa announced will invite staff and community members to attend Ramadan banquet inside the club during the holy month of Ramadan, at the stadium of the team, Villa Park, in the footsteps of its counterpart Chelsea, who had previously announced the same thing, earlier.
Chelsea FC becomes first Premier League club to host an Open banquet  for the staff and community members. Aston Villa Foundation is taking steps to support staff and participants who are celebrating the sacred month of Ramadan, a time for fasting, prayer and reflection for Muslim members of our community.
Ramadan is expected to begin around Thursday, March 23 and conclude on Friday, April 21 depending on the sighting of the moon. The celebration of Eid al-Fitr will follow directly after, marking the end of Ramadan.
“The Open Iftar taking place at Villa Park is a great way to open our doors to the Islamic Community of Birmingham. Iftar means a lot to me as a practicing Muslim, as it gives me the opportunity to meet with and Ramadan banquet with members of my local community.”
