Rafinha, the most influential in the first trimester of 2023

Brazilian star Rafinha became the most influential player in Barcelona's ranks in 2023, after scoring a new goal against Athletic Bilbao in the Spanish League. Barcelona winger Raphinha secured a 1-0 win in LaLiga for the second straight week this time at Athletic Bilbao as his side tightened their grip on the top spot ahead of a potentially season-defining week in which they host second-placed Real Madrid.
According to the Opta network, Rafinha has become the most Barcelona player contributing goals in 2023 so far, by scoring 7 goals and assisting 5 others. Raphinha now has 16 goal contributions for Barcelona this season with 7 goals and 9 assists, including many very important match-defining ones in 2023 so far. He has the most assists in the team.  
Opta indicated that Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema scored 14 goals, while his colleague Vinicius scored 13, and the two are the two that surpass Rafinha in 2023. Barcelona is at the top of the La Liga table this season with 62 points, ahead of Real Madrid, runner-up by 9 points, while Athletic Bilbao is in ninth place with 33 points.
