Real Madrid gets a morale boost for the decisive match against Liverpool 

Spain FC Real Madrid gets a fresh great moral boost prior to their clash with Liverpool in the second leg of the round of 16 of the European Champions League next Wednesday at “Santiago Bernabeu” stadium. On Sunday, Real Madrid's training sessions witnessed the return of the team captain Karim Benzema, after recovering from a mild muscle injury, which he suffered against Real Betis last week, and subsequently missed the Espanyol match on Saturday. Real Madrid fought back from a goal down to claim a 3-1 victory over Espanyol at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday, as the hosts returned to winning ways ahead of a potentially season-defining week in which they face Liverpool and Barcelona. Real Madrid regained the services of left-back Ferland Mendy, after being seen actively busy in group training, since his absence which lasted for two months due to injury. Holders Real Madrid produced a stunning comeback from two goals down to earn a devastating 5-2 victory at a shell-shocked Liverpool in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie last month at Anfield, the stronghold of the Reds.
