Napoli's Osimhen ignites competition among England’s giants, leaves the  door open for the transfer

According to “Rai” in Italy, the Gunners are favorites to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen ahead of all other interested clubs during the upcoming summer transfer market.  The Nigeria international striker has been in stunning form this season, with his exploits in the Italian top-flight attracting admiring glances from across Europe.  The report added that Napoli will not allow the departure of its Nigerian top scorer for less than 150 million euros in the summer, which will make it the most expensive deal in the history of the English Premier League, surpassing the current record holder, Argentine Enzo Fernandez, who joined from Benfica to Chelsea for 106 million pounds. Osimhen, the 24-year-old, is leading Napoli successfully during the current season, whether domestically or in Europe, as the team came close to regaining the Italian league title for the first time since the 1989-1990 season, and also became close to qualifying for the quarter-finals of the Champions League, after beating Frankfurt 2- 0 in the first leg.
