PSG is  keeping a close eye on Thiago Motta - Reports

At a time when several reports linked Paris Saint-Germain with French legend Zinedine Zidane or other great coaches, rumors suggest that Paris Saint-Germain is keeping a close eye on Thiago Motta's work at the Parisian.
The French newspaper "L'Equipe" reported that PSG continues to follow its former player, Thiago Motta, who is currently coaching Bologna, as last year and two years ago he was close to being the coach of Paris Saint-Germain.
The newspaper indicated that the club's president, Nasser Al-Khulaifi, wants him to be the coach of the next team, and he does not see that it is too early for Motta, because he knows the club on and off the pitch.
After retiring from PSG in June 2018, Thiago Motta immediately assumed the position of coach of the under-19 team in Paris, and he stayed a year before trying his luck with the professionals, and he is currently the Italian coach of Bologna.
Thiago Motta played with PSG for six years (2012-2018, during which he played 231 matches and scored 12 goals) and retired in June 2018.
His former agent Dario Canovi said: "Last year and two years ago, he was very close to coaching Paris Saint-Germain. Al-Khelaifi wanted it. It's the truth, and it won't be too early. He knows everything about Paris Saint-Germain, on and off the field."
Dario continued: “When Christophe Galtier was in a turbulent situation after his three defeats in a row, the name of the former Paris Saint-Germain number 8 player was put forward as a possible replacement for the Parisian coach.”
