After 41 seconds, Kean receives the second rapid red card in Serie A history

On-loan Everton forward Moise Kean is sent off 40 seconds after coming off the bench as Juventus lose at Roma, as his expulsion entered the second fastest in the history of the Italian League. Kean’s rapid red card was not the fastest in Serie A history however, that honor is reserved for Giulio Migliaccio who lasted just 32 seconds of Atalanta’s win over Palermo in 2015. Before the end of the match, in the 90th minute, Moise Kean came on as a substitute with the aim of strengthening the Bianconeri attack, but he received a red card after assaulting Gianluca Mancini, the Roma player, to be sent off only 41 seconds after he came off. Kane's ejection entered history, but it was not the fastest ejection in the history of Serie A, as the record is held by Bologna player, Giuseppe Lorenzo (in 1990), just 10 seconds after the start of the match against Parma. Roma move back into fourth in Serie A with the win, while Juventus drop one place to eighth with 35 points, as their seven-match unbeaten run in all competitions was brought to an end.
