El Clasico: Xavi names squad to face Real Madrid in Copa Del Rey clash 

Barcelona coach, Xavi Hernández, has named his side’s squad to face Real Madrid in Thursday’s Copa Del Rey clash with El Clásico at “Santiago Bernabeu” stadium in the first leg of the King’s Cup semi-final. Barcelona's lineup witnessed the absence of the injured Robert Lewandowski, Pedri, and Osman Dembele, while Ansu Fati was present, after recovering from the mild muscle injury he suffered. Barca qualified for the Spanish Cup semi-finals after defeating Real Sociedad 1-0 in the quarter-finals. Barcelona has moved on to the Copa del Rey semi-finals thanks to a hard-fought 1-0 win against Real Sociedad in the quarterfinal at the Spotify Camp Nou. Barça played some very good football at various points in the game but couldn’t put it away, and Sociedad proved just how tough they are and never went away despite playing the entire second half with 10 men.
The return match will bring the two teams together on Wednesday evening, April 5, at Camp Nou, Barcelona's stronghold.

Defenders: Araujo, Christensen, Marcos Alonso, Alba, Conde, Eric Garcia, and Balde.
