Klopp celebrates outstanding victory: "We have to fight, can't wait to face Real Madrid"

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp insists he has no problem with drawing holders Real Madrid in the Champions League last 16 and is relishing the tie, noting that he is very excited to face Real Madrid in the Champions League next Tuesday, especially since the match is at Anfield. Klopp said:” can't wait to face Real Madrid”. Liverpool showed signs of recovering their old menace in the comfortable 2-0 win against Everton in the Merseyside derby on Saturday at “St James’ Park” in the 24th round of the English Premier League. Klopp praised "outstanding" and "top class" goals from Darwin Nunez and Cody Gakpo as Liverpool secured an encouraging 2-0 victory over Newcastle United in the Premier League. The German manager also admitted that "it feels great" to have won against a top-four side after his men have struggled to hit their top form for most of the season. "After you score a third one it's definitely over. We didn't so we had to fight until the end, and we needed the long leg of James Milner, who was outstanding again. We are a step further forward.
"We have Real Madrid now - this is a difficult test - but they are at Anfield and I can't wait." Liverpool advances to eighth place in the English Premier League table during the current season, with 35 points, and has two postponed matches, while Newcastle United ranks fourth with 41 points.
