Chelsea brings in mental skills coach!

Chelsea FC has brought in New Zealand rugby union veteran mental skills coach Gilbert Enoka who made his name working with the All Blacks and will be tasked with creating a winning mentality at Stamford Bridge. The Blues are set to bring in Enoka in a bid to create a winning culture at Stamford Bridge and try to help the club's expensive new signings adapt successfully to life at Stamford Bridge. Enoka has been working with the New Zealand team since 2000 and has held several positions, including a psychological skills coach for 15 years, crowned the World Cup in 2011 and 2015, and spent a long period at the top of the world rankings. Enoka is known for his philosophy of not relying on anyone who puts their interests ahead of the team, thinks they deserve special treatment from people or makes a fuss needlessly about what they've done with their work.
The London team, which spent lavishly on strengthening its ranks this season, continues its fluctuating levels and ranks ninth in the English Premier League with 30 points, and its expenses in the winter window amounted to 329 million euros, including 121 million to contract with Argentine Enzo Fernandez, the midfielder, from Benfica. The Portuguese, who became the most expensive player in the history of the Premier League, exceeding what Manchester City spent to sign Jack Grealish from Aston Villa a year and a half ago, amounting to 117 million, according to Transfer Market.
