A first-half header by striker Lautaro Martinez gave Inter Milan a 1-0 victory over local rivals AC Milan at a sold-out San Siro on Sunday, condemning Stefano Pioli's side to their third consecutive loss in Serie A. This is the seventh match in a row that the Rossoneri have not managed to win. The last 7 games for the Rossoneri came with 5 defeats and two draws.
