Dortmund Director comments on Bellingham's future

Borussia Dortmund Director Sebastian Kehl has addressed speculation surrounding on the future of England international Jude Bellingham's future that may leave for Real Madrid or Liverpool next summer. Liverpool and Real Madrid are competing to sign the England midfielder, who is fully wanted by German coach Jurgen Klopp and his counterpart in Meringue, Italian Carlo Ancelotti. Dortmund's sports Director, Sebastian Kehl, told German magazine Kicker that Bellingham would not make a decision about his future soon. "We will talk to the player and his parents in the near future, but there is no room for urgency at the moment," he said. He added, "Bellingham wants to focus only on football at the present time, and by the way, we did not receive official offers to include him. Other players such as Sancho and Halland have left in earlier times. We know that this matter can happen at any time." The midfielder joined Dortmund in 2020 and has three years left to run on his current contract, however, his future at the club has recently been called into question.
Bellingham has a contract with the Dortmund Board until the summer of 2025, while his market value is 110 million euros.
