Cody Gakpo speaks out on first Liverpool performance

The Dutch striker Cody Jacobo from Eindhoven spoke about his first match with Liverpool against Wolverhampton, which ended with a positive draw 2-2, in the third round of the FA Cup, after his transfer from PSV, during the current winter Mercato. Cody Gakpo vowed to 'keep working' after making his debut for Liverpool in Saturday's 2-2 draw with Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Emirates FA Cup."Really great atmosphere," Gakpo reflected on his first outing in L4 in an interview with Liverpoolfc.com. "For my own game, I think I showed some good moments and some sloppy moments.” "So, I can also still improve on those points and keep working and try to help the team as much as I can. On the game, the forward added: "I think we played in phase’s really good football but in the end, we didn't score enough, so that's a pity.  "But I think we showed what we could do, but we can still improve on some points, and let's work on that. I think we showed real team spirit at moments, so that's good.
