Sergio Ramos’ final decision on future with PSG not yet clear out: Reports

The Spanish newspaper “Mundo Deportivo” revealed that Sergio Ramos, former Real Madrid captain, had not received a new offer from his current club Paris Saint-Germain to renew his contract, which expires next summer.Ramos, 36 years old, had joined Paris Saint-Germain the summer before last, in a free transfer deal with a two-year contract, after the end of his contract with Real Madrid. The newspaper added that the veteran Spanish defender will be free to negotiate with other clubs starting next Sunday, especially since FIFA regulations allow a player whose contract expires to negotiate with other clubs six months prior the end of his basic contract. The newspaper pointed out that PSG has not yet submitted any offer to renew Ramos' contract, and that his current contract does not contain a clause to renew the contract for an additional year, and this does not prevent it from happening in the coming months. Ramos has played 20 matches so far in the current season 2022-2023, where he scored a goal in addition to an assist, after he overcame an injury that prevented him from participating a lot in his first season with the team.
