Brazil is considering appointing a non-homegrown coach to lead the Seleção

Press reports revealed that the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) is expected to begin its search for Tite's successor immediately and decide whether it will pick a non-homegrown foreign manager. The Brazilian Confederation is seriously considering appointing a foreign successor to coach Tite who officially left after bidding farewell to the FIFA World Cup Qatar2022, losing to Croatia in the quarter-finals. Mundo Deportivo, the oldest daily newspaper in the history of the Spanish sports press indicated that, for the first time in its history, the Brazilian Federation is studying the possibility of appointing a non-Brazilian coach to replace Tite. The Spanish newspaper pointed out that the Brazilian Federation was seriously considering appointing Spaniard Pep Guardiola, but the latter recently renewed his contract with Manchester City FC, who is now focusing on his goal of winning the Champions League. The newspaper pointed out that Manuel Lúis Pellegrini, the Chilean professional football expert, and the manager of Real Betis, is one of the nominated names that appeared in the technical committee of the Brazilian Federation to take over the training of the Selecao.
