LaLiga Demands Sanctions against Juventus
Following the resignation of the Juventus board of directors late Monday, The Spanish Football League La Liga demands immediate sports sanctions be applied to the club. LaLiga filed an official complaint against Juventus with UEFA in April 2022 reporting financial fair play breaches being investigated by Italy´s Guardia di Finanza. Specifically, the complaint charges that Juventus accounted for transfers above fair value and under-accounted-for employee expenses, resulting in a breach of UEFA break-even requirements. Additionally, the complaint charges that Juventus concealed the true wage bill of its players.
The Spanish League was referring to the Juventus board of director’s resignation, headed by Andrea Agnelli, "for the good of the company." Juventus' financial statements resign in the final years of the famine. Juventus denied any breaches in this regard. The Spanish League has organized the average fairness and Juventus concealed the true salary figures of its players. La Liga also filed complaints with UEFA regarding links to financial fair play organizations against French Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City
