Ecuador's final 26-men roster for Qatar World Cup squad 2022 revealed

Ecuador Head Manager Gustavo Alfaro has announced his official final 26-man roster for FIFA World Cup 2022, which Qatar will host from November 20 to December 18, in 8 different stadiums. Ecuador will play in the tournament-opening fixture against Qatar on November 20 — the only game on opening day. The match comes in the first group competitions, which includes the Netherlands and Senegal, teams.
Major absent from the squad of the Ecuadorian national team was Peron Castillo, the player who raised the crisis by demanding the exclusion of Ecuador from the World Cup on charges of forgery in his papers, and who was injured in the last friendly match against Iraq.
