Mane tops 26-man Senegal's World Cup roster the final squad

Senegal international and Bayern Munich star Sadio Mané (29 years old) topped the final list squad of the Senegalese team, announced by coach Elio Cisse, in preparation for the FIFA World Cup 2022, which Qatar will host from November 20 to December 18, in 8 different stadiums. The Senegalese team will compete in Group A of the 2022 FIFA World Cup will take place from 20 to 29 November 2022. The group consists of the host nation Qatar, as well as Ecuador, Senegal and the Netherlands. The Teranga Lions lineup included the Chelsea duo, goalkeeper Edward Mendy and defender Kalidou Koulibaly.

Senegal's squad list is as follows:

Goalkeepers: Mendy, Fati, and Kamara.

Defenders: Sar, Cissi, Coulibaly, Diallo, Sabali, Sik and Toure.

Midfielders: Sar, Gaya, Mendy, Idrissa Gana, Nami, Ndiaye, and Kouyate.

Forwards: Mane, Sarr, Diang, Baldi, Diallo, Dia, Thiam, and Didiao.
