Cristiano Ronaldo loses the 'King of the Gym' title at Man United to an incredibly strong new star, the Brazilian and Man United midfielder Carlos  Casemiro. Cristiano Ronaldo adheres to a strict fitness regime, including working out in the gym, but his former Real Madrid teammate Casemiro came to snatch the title.
Manchester United's Brazilian midfielder Casemiro proved to be a surprise deal in the gym as he was described as 'strong as a bull'. The UK newspaper "The Sun" reported that Casemiro can put pressure on his leg by 300 kg "with his eyes closed", while Ronaldo is known to do this exercise with a weight of 250 kg.
Brazilian midfielder Casemiro, is 30 years old, while Portugal's superstar Ronaldo is 37-year-old, both are weeks away from the last FIFA World Cup. No matter what happens on the pitch, they are sure will move to Qatar perfected in terms of fitness.
