Busquets worried about Barcelona mindset ahead of Real Madrid's clash in El Clasico

The showdown between Barcelona and Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium today on Sunday in the first clásico of the La liga, in one of the most anticipated El Clásico matches in recent years. The Blaugrana top La Liga and won their last clash 4-0 in Madrid, but given their recent Champions League struggles and injury, Los Blancos is likely to be the favorites. For Barcelona, Sergio Busquets and Gerard Pique came under fire after their 3-3 draw with Inter, with the two involved in all three of the Nerazzurri's goals and some suggesting that Busquets should be left out in the Clasico. The Catalans captain Sergio Busquets admitted to SPORT, that they had not been up to scratch against Inter, and stated: "It's a disappointment. It was a difficult group but we had to aspire to more after all of the signings that have been made. It is not mathematical but it is very difficult."
Busquets felt Barcelona had struggled after falling behind and being forced to chase the game to grab the draw."We were not as effective in the areas and you pay for that in the Champions League. It was a heads or tails and it has gone badly for us in the second half," Busquets added. "Their first goal gave them a boost and took something out of us and we went trailing behind. It feels like when they score a goal it is chaos." The 34-year-old midfielder admitted they were lacking confidence ahead of the huge La Liga clash with Real Madrid at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium on Sunday.
