Liverpool struck with a new injury as Arnold and Matip join the list prior Man City clash

Liverpool’s injury problems have gotten a whole lot worse as Joel Matip and Trent Alexander-Arnold have joined a host of players in the treatment room. Alexander Trent-Arnold and Cameroonian Matip joined the list of absentees from the ranks of Liverpool in the upcoming matches after they both suffered an injury during the Arsenal match in the EPL, which the Reds lost 3-2. The English “Sky Sports” network reported that Liverpool will miss the services of Arnold and Matip for almost 14 days due to the injury that the two suffered during Arsenal’s last meeting in the Premier League. The newspaper added that the two stars joined a long list of absences suffered by the Reds. Naby Keita, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Curtis Jones, and Luis Diaz are just some of the players who are out at the moment.
Liverpool Liverpool takes on Manchester City next Sunday, in the 10th round of the EPL, in the absence of a large number of its stars, in light of the decline in the team's ranking in the competition's standing table to tenth place with 10 points.
