Lazio forward Ciro Immobile scored his 188 goals of the season on Monday in a 4-0 defeat against Fiorentina to equal the record for the most goals in a Serie A campaign. Immobile scored his team's fourth goal against its host Fiorentina in their clash that the Eagles of the capital won 4-0 at the end of the ninth round of the competition. Opta statistics network reported that Immobile became the ninth top scorer in the Italian league in history with 188 goals, equal to former Juventus star Alessandro Del Piero, in addition to Alberto Gilardino and Giuseppe Signori. Lazio star managed to reach his sixth goal this season, to top the list of Calcio scorers, equal to the Austrian striker Marko Arnatovic, Bologna. Lazio is third in the Italian Serie A table with 20 points, and Napoli leads with 23 points.
