Dybala threatened to miss the World Cup in Qatar

AS Roma striker Paulo Dybala has apparently lost his World Cup participation with Argentina in Qatar. This was confirmed by Giallorossi coach José Mourinho after the 2-1 win against US Lecce. Roma got a penalty kick at the beginning of the second half, which Dybala successfully hit to score Roma's second goal, but he did not celebrate it. La Gazzetta Dello Sport, the Italian daily newspaper reported that the Argentine Paulo Dybala, the star of Roma, went into a fit of crying after leaving his team injured in the match against Lecce.
The newspaper added that Jose Mourinho, the coach of the Giallorossi, came out after the match to announce that it was unlikely that Dybala would play for Roma again, in 2022. Defending Copa America champion and two-time World champion Argentina will open its FIFA World Cup 2022 campaign against Saudi Arabia with the Albicelestes being the clear favorites to win.
