England faces Italy in Milan on Friday, before hosting Germany at Wembley next Monday. The Germany fixture is a final game for Gareth Southgate’s players before England begins their World Cup campaign against Iran in November. Gareth Southgate’s men remain rock bottom in Group A3 on two points from four games, while Hungary is top on seven points with Germany a point behind in second following their home win over Italy, who drop to third.
