PSG consider extending Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos contracts

Press reports revealed that the French club Paris Saint-Germain is seeking to renew the contract of Argentine star Lionel Messi and Spaniard Sergio Ramos since their current contract expires at the end of the current season. Messi and Sergio Ramos’ contracts expire next June; as a result, Canal Supporters’ Hadrien Grenier writes that the capital club needs to decide whether the two veterans will remain in the French capital past this season. According to L’Equipe, PSG and Sporting Advisor Luis Campos are considering extending their deals as a result. Both are out of contract next summer and Campos would offer them a one-year extension. The newspaper added that the Parisian is considering extending the contracts of captain Marquinhos, Marco Verratti, Presnel Kimpembe, and Sergio Ramos. The Parisian club intends to open negotiations with the Argentinian’s entourage about a contract extension. Messi, for his part, would still like to wait before discussing a new deal with PSG. L'Equipe pointed out that Luis Campos, Paris St Germain football advisor, wants to renew the contracts of Messi and Sergio Ramos, which expire next June, but on the condition that their level does not decrease.
