Cristiano Ronaldo is set to stay at Manchester United this summer

UK press reports revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly set to stay at Manchester United beyond the end of this summer's transfer window. According to Radio "Tak Sport", Manchester United coach Tin Hag will announce on Wednesday at the press conference against Leicester City that Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo will stay this season with the Reds. The 37-year-old is believed to have informed the Red Devils at the start of July of his desire to seek pastures new this summer in order to continue playing Champions League football. There has been a shortage of takers for the Portugal international, though, with the likes of Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, AC Milan, and Inter Milan all believed to have rejected the chance to sign him.
The Portuguese star’s agent failed to convince any club to obtain the services of the Manchester United star during the current summer Mercato, due to his advanced age and high salary.
