PSG consider signing Carlos Soler from Valencia 

Press reports revealed that French giants Paris-Saint Germain has into serious negotiations in order to sign Carlos Soler from Valencia if they cannot find an agreement over the transfer of Fabián Ruiz, before the closure of the current summer transfer market.
Spanish Radio Station Cadena Cuba said that PSG will try to sign Soler in the few coming hours. The Radio added that the French club is ready to pay between 15 and 17 million euros to Valencia for the signing of Soler.
Paris Saint-Germain made the signing of Portugal midfielder Renato Sanches, Vitina, Mukele, and Ekteki during the current summer transfer market.
