Benzema tops the Spanish newspapers after his late double scores, titled:” Made of Gold”

 
Spanish media heaped praise on Real Madrid’s French striker Karim Benzema after the LaLiga winners pulled off a remarkable comeback win against Espanyol on Sunday to advance to the third la League standing. Karim Benzema struck twice late on to give Real Madrid a 3-1 win over Espanyol and maintain the Spanish champions' 100 percent start to the La Liga season. Benzema topped the headlines of the Spanish newspapers published early Monday, after he scored the two winning goals for the royal team against Espanyol in the match that ended 3-1 at the "Power 8" stadium, in the third round of the Spanish League current season.Real Madrid took the lead after just 12 minutes when Vinicius Junior slotted home a composed finish following a through ball by Aurelien Tchouameni. At that point, the away team looked to be in control of the contest.
The Spanish newspaper “Marca” wrote in its cover story headline, “Made of gold,” adding that “Benzema’s duo at the end concludes his wonderful week.” MARCA added that Real Madrid suffered against Espanyol, while Vinicius Junior opened the match with a beautiful goal.
The newspaper highlighted Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti's statements about the match, in which he said, “This team is full of leaders and we're lucky to have them. They have a desire full of victories."
While the Spanish newspaper "AS" wrote on the cover, "captain  Benzema saves Madrid with two goals in the last minute saw Real Madrid eke out a late 3-1 win at Espanyol on Sunday night," adding, "Espanyol played with the 10-men squad and fought until the end."
