Man United pushes to sign Kevin Trapp from Eintracht Frankfurt

German press reports revealed that Manchester United is interested in signing Frankfurt goalkeeper Kevin Trapp before the end of the current summer transfer market. The "Sport 1" network reported that Manchester United wants to sign the Frankfurt goalkeeper during the current season, in light of the decline in the level of Spanish goalkeeper David de Gea.
The report added that United offered the German goalkeeper a 4-year contract, in addition to an annual salary ranging from €10 to €11 million. Trapp played a major role in the German Eintracht Frankfurt FC winning the European League title last season at the expense of the Scottish Rangers.
