Head-to-head: Real Madrid takes on Eintracht Frankfurt in the 2022 UEFA Super Cup final in Helsinki

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti announced the squad list for the European Super Cup against German counterpart Eintracht Frankfurt, scheduled for Wednesday evening in Finland.
Real Madrid became European champion for a record-extending 14th time after beating Liverpool 1-0 in a Champions League final that started 37 minutes late because of disturbing crowd issues outside the Stade de France, while Eintracht Frankfurt became the winner of the night after beating Rangers 5-4 on penalties. The German side clinched their second European victory after lifting the UEFA Cup in 1980. They also automatically qualified for the next season's Champions League.
Real Madrid's squad list included all the team's stars, led by French star Karim Benzema, Real Madrid's 42nd captain, in addition to Croatian star Luka Modric, with the presence of the new duo Anthony Rudiger and Chuamini.

Real Madrid squad list is as follows:

Goalkeepers: Courtois, Lunin, and Luis Lopez.
Defenders: Carvajal, Militao, Alaba, Vallejo, Nacho, Odriozola, Rudiger and Mendy.
Midfielders: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, Valverde, Vazquez, Chuamini, Ceballos and Camavinga.
