OFFICIAL: Real Madrid star Isco to make Sevilla transfer
The Andalusian club Seville confirmed that they have an agreement in principle with Isco, who arrives on a free transfer after completing his contract with Real Madrid to join the team in the summer transfer window. Isco left Real Madrid officially at the end of last season and now finally has a new destination, after his contract with Al-Mirenghi expired on 30th June, after 9 seasons he spent in the ranks of the white club, the Spaniard has been looking for another team to continue his career. He has found it without having to leave La Liga. Sevilla announced on Sunday that they had reached an agreement in principle with the former 'Merengue' player. "The Spanish player has already arrived in the city to undergo medical tests on Monday and sign his contract for two seasons," the club said.
Everything is ready for the playmaker to join Lopetegui's squad. He will be Sevilla's third signing this summer if the medical confirms that he is in perfect shape. Isco will meet again with coach Julen Lopetegui, who supervised him in Spain (2016-2018) and Real Madrid (2018). Isco departs Real Madrid as one of their iconic players over the last decade. He arrived at the club from Malaga in 2013 for around €30 million.
