Arsenal to offload 11 Players to Fund Transfer Plans!

English press reports said that Arsenal is ready to offload 11 players this summer as Mikel Arteta prepares to strengthen his squad further. The Gunners Coach Mikel Arteta was busy at Mercato ahead of the 2022-23 season, making real waves in the transfer window this time around. Gabriel Jesus, Fabio Vieira, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Marquinhos, and Matt Turner have been brought for nearly £120m ahead of the club's Premier League opener against Crystal Palace on Friday.
Meanwhile, six players have already left Arsenal permanently, including Alexandre Lacazette, Konstantinos Mavropanos, and Matteo Guendouzi, and seven other players have been sent off on loan. However, the English newspaper "The Sun" said that up to 11 other players may head to the exit this summer, led by goalkeeper Bernd Leno and midfielder Lucas Torreira.
The club's record holder Nicolas Pepe also faces an uncertain future at the club, with The Sun adding that Arteta will be looking to sell the winger this summer if he can sign a replacement.
After spending the 2021-22 season on loan with Real Betis, Hector Bellerin was another player expected to leave Arsenal and could return to the Spanish club this summer either on loan or on a permanent deal.
Meanwhile, Folarin Balogun is set to join Ligue 1 side Reims on a one-season loan deal. Also, Alex Ronarsson, Reiss Nelson, Pablo Mari, and Maitland Nils are four other players Arsenal is preparing to part with.
The Sun reports that Arsenal is hoping to rise up to £50m in player sales, but fears that interested clubs will wait until the last days of the window to pressure Arsenal into lowering their prices.
